Signs of the Times: Expo 2004 set a record for the most exhibits (191, up from 158 in 2003) and a record number of exhibitor square footage on the show floor.

Car Wash Door: Among the dozens of new doors and products at Expo, Clopay showcased a new door designed for the unique demands of high moisture environments. (For photos of many other new doors, see pp. 56-57.)

Before/After: The Las Vegas show floor (right) was teeming with dealers, a dramatic improvement over the 2003 San Antonio show (left). Both photos were taken at mid-afternoon on the first day of Expo exhibits.

Da Coach: Keynote speaker Mike Ditka spoke before a packed Expo crowd, sharing his ACE philosophy: Attitude, Character, Enthusiasm.

Standing Room Only: Randy Moore's Thursday seminar on Defining Service attracted an estimated 500 attendees. The number shatters the previous workshop record of 270, set at Expo 2000 in Las Vegas.
