Assa Abloy, the $8-billion global behemoth that bought Amarr, has made its next strategic move in the U.S. garage door industry.
This time, they didn’t buy a manufacturer.
Instead, they bought a powerful group of door dealers that includes (are you sitting down?) three Overhead Door distributors, including one of the oldest in the nation.
